This past weekend Position Sports finished up its 9th Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Enshrinement weekend. Working alongside our client, the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame to deliver its premier event of the year. Enshrinement weekend celebrates the most decorated and accomplished professionals in the game. The inductee class of 2017 comprised of some of the games’ greatest names; Robert Hughes, Mannie Jackson, Tom Jernstedt, the late Jerry Krause, the late Zack Clayton, Nick Galis, George McGinnis, Muffet McGraw, Rebecca Lobo, Bill Self, & Tracy McGrady.

This year’s inductees were presented with their iconic Naismith Orange Hall of Fame jacket from Haggar Clothing Co., and their signature Hall of Fame ring presented by Zales Jewelers. Each ring has an orange carnelian stone set to resemble a basketball and a depiction of the iconic Basketball Hall of Fame spire.

With years of experience working alongside the Basketball Hall of Fame, Position Sports coordinated all the media interviews, photoshoots, managed talent, oversaw all media outlets for the weekend and the social media campaign around the #17HoopClass.
