Ability 360 promotes and offers programs to empower people with disabilities to achieve or continue independent lifestyles within the Phoenix community. Offering educational classes, fitness programs and recreational activities, the Ability360 Sports & Fitness Center is a safe and fun environment serving all-ages in the adaptive community.
Position Sports is committed to a Cause Marketing Partnership with Ability 360 Sports & Fitness Center, providing insight on marketing, social media and event operations to build brand awareness and enhance adaptive sporting events at the Ability 360 facilities.
Through school-based recreation, Playworks brings out the best in kids by helping schools make the most of recess while teaching the importance of playing well together. The program aims to cultivate and reinforce a strong school culture through inclusive games and positive interactions with peer coaches and playground supervisors.
The three areas of focus in the Playworks program are Safety, Engagement and Empowerment. With these imperative tools, children are inspired to play in an environment that is both respectful and fun, creating a great atmosphere for students and teachers alike.

Phoenix Community Alliance (PCA) is an influential 501(c)(3) nonprofit community development organization that has tremendous impact on Greater Downtown Phoenix through the united vision and commitment of our Members.
Today, PCA continues to find the right opportunities for business leaders to collaborate with government – city, county, state, and local federal agencies – and with other stakeholders including educational, cultural, research institutions, and emerging industries to build the 21st century city we want. PCA continues to work closely with City of Phoenix elected officials and staff and serves as an effective platform for public/private dialogue on community and economic development issues.
